When you have decided on your childs program and are ready to register, please follow the instructions below.

First, select one or more of our exciting programs from the Summer or Spring Program tab directly below.

Then, complete the following Participant Information form choosing one of the following payment options:

  1. Online Invoicing, Upon completion of the form click the SUBMIT button below. You will receive an invoice via the e-mail address you provided. Once you have reviewed the invoice simply Click on the payment button and you can immediately pay using your credit card or bank account. There is a $5 fee for this service. (note that the email may not arrive for up to 24 hours)

  2. Pay-in-person, Visit us during office hours within 7 days and pay in cash, visa or cheque. Or simply deposit a cheque in a envelope, in our mailbox at any time. Cheques are payable to Fastcats.

Finally, scroll all the way to the bottom of this page to submit the form. If you selected online you will be receiving an email with an invoice. If you selected pay-in-person, we will be looking forward to meeting you! Please pay within 7 days of notification.

PLEASE NOTE: every registration form and payment is date stamped. When payment has been received your child will be placed on the class list. Placement is on a first-come-first-served basis.

Program fees are non-transferable to another season.

We do not provide make-up/drop-in classes or prorated fees.

Class availability and teamwork partners are done at our discretion. We cannot guarantee that a child will be grouped with his/her friend or sibling. (this is done primarily to encourage the attentiveness of the class)

Returned cheques will incur a $25 service charge plus additional bank fees.

Arrival to a class should be limited to less than 10 minutes as we are not prepared for unattended children, for their safety.

Parents/siblings are invited to observe the last 10 minutes of a class to see their childs' robot and accomplishments.

Program prices and schedules are subject to change.

Refunds will be provided up to 3 weeks prior to the program but are subject to a $50 administrative fee, $60 if paid by paypal. Cancellations made within a 3 week start date are refunded at 50%. Cancellations after the start of a program are not refunded. We kindly ask that refunds are requested in writing or via e-mail. Our classes are kept to a minimum for your childrens' benefit, please understand that last minute cancellations may mean someone has been turned away from a class that was full and now a child will miss an opportunity.

Registration forms are online and payment can be made through paypal with any credit card, or in person with visa, cheque or cash or a cheque can be mailed or dropped off to FastCats/E-Bots -220 Wyecroft Rd. Unit 101 Oakville L6K 3V1 please use the mailbox. Please make cheques payable to FastCats.
